PREVENT GENERATION OF MISTS! AVOID EXPOSURE OF (PREGNANT) WOMEN!

 •INHALATION
Ventilation.
Fresh air, rest.
 •SKIN
Protective gloves.
Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower.
 •EYES Redness. Pain.
Safety goggles.
First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
 •INGESTION Abdominal pain. Diarrhoea. Nausea. Vomiting.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.
Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention.
SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
Collect leaking liquid in covered containers. Absorb remaining liquid in vermiculite, sand or inert absorbent and remove to safe place. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment.

COLOURLESS TO YELLOW VISCOUS LIQUID , WITH CHARACTERISTIC ODOUR.

PHYSICAL DANGERS:
As a result of flow, agitation, etc., electrostatic charges can be generated.

CHEMICAL DANGERS:
The substance decomposes on burning producing toxic and irritating fumes (phthalic anhydride, ICSC 0315). Reacts with strong oxidants.

TLV: 5 mg/m³ as TWA (ACGIH 2001).
OSHA PEL: TWA 5 mg/m3

The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol and by ingestion .
