 •INHALATION Cough. Laboured breathing. Sore throat. Wheezing. Symptoms may be delayed (see Notes).
Ventilation, local exhaust, or breathing protection.
Fresh air, rest. Half-upright position. Artificial respiration may be needed. Refer for medical attention.
 •SKIN Redness.
Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer for medical attention.
 •EYES Redness. Pain.
Safety goggles, or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.
First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
 •INGESTION Burning sensation. Sore throat.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.
Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Give plenty of water to drink. Rest. Refer for medical attention.
SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
Treat remaining liquid with dilute ammonia solution. Absorb remaining liquid in sand or inert absorbent and remove to safe place. Do NOT wash away into sewer. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Personal protection: chemical protection suit including self-contained breathing apparatus.
Separated from bases, acids, alcohols , amines , amides, phenols, mercaptans, food and feedstuffs . See Chemical Dangers. Cool. Dry.

The substance may polymerize due to warming and under the influence of strong bases and metal compounds. May explode on heating. The substance decomposes on burning producing toxic fumesincludingnitrogen oxides,hydrogen cyanide,carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide. Reacts slowly with water at room temperature, vigorously at high temperature; violently with alcohols, acids, bases, amines, amides, phenols, mercaptanes. Attacks plastic and rubber.

The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol and by ingestion.

INHALATION RISK:
Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly especially on spraying and heating.

EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
The substance and the aerosol is irritating to the eyes the skin and the respiratory tract . Inhalation of aerosol may cause lung oedema (see Notes). Inhalation of aerosols may cause asthmatic reactions (see Notes). The substance may cause effects on the skin , resulting in sensitization.

Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization. Repeated or prolonged inhalation exposure may cause asthma.
